INTENSIVE REFORMER COURSES WILL RUN ON SATURDAY COURSES WILL RUN FROM 12 PM - 5:30 PM (ADVANCED MATWORK 11 AM -5:30 PM; ADVANCED REFORMER WILL FRI (2 PM-8:30); SAT (12 PM-6:30 PM) AND SUNDAY 10 AM-4:30 PM)

SUNDAY COURSES WILL RUN FROM 11 AM - 4:30 PM

YOU MAY AUDIT ANY COURSE THAT YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY TAKEN WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ISP. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY AN AUDITING FEE $300 FOR THE COURSE. YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS COURSE.

Re:Thinking Reformer Level 1

The focus of this workshop is to teach clients how to use the reformer outside of traditional pilates exercises. While these exercises are EXTREMELY beneficial they are only the beginning. This workshop considers brand new innovative exercises created by Tim Fleisher to get the most out of the reformer.

The first workshop has gone so well that I decided to create another one based on same premise with brand new exercises! The focus of this workshop is to teach clients how to use the reformer outside of traditional pilates exercises. This workshop considers brand new innovative exercises created by Tim Fleisher to get the most out of the reformer. To take this workshop you must have complete Re:Thinking Reformer Level 1
